Coping with Grief and Loss?

Posted by on May 9th, 2017 Posted in: General, Mental Health

Coping with the loss of someone or something you love is one of life’s biggest challenges. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. Grief is often associated with the death of a loved one—which is often the cause of the most intense type of grief—but any loss can cause grief, including

  • divorce or relationship breakup
  • losing a job
  • retirement
  • selling a family home
  • graduating from college

At HelpGuide.org, in collaboration with Harvard Health Publications, you’ll find support and information to help you through the grieving process.
