New Health Disparities Data Widget

Healthy People 2020 has announced a new health disparities data widget. The widget can be embedded on your website to give people easy access to the latest available health disparities data. The data is related to the Healthy People 2020 Objectives for the Leading Health Indicator which represent issue that can dramatically reduce the leading causes of death and preventable illnesses if tackled appropriately.

It’s easy to embed the widget on your site, an once you’ve added the widget, there’s no technical maintenance required. The content will update automatically. The widget provides charts and graphs of disparities data so you have shareable data at your fingertips. Users can use the widget to browse data by: Disparity type — including disability, education, income, location, race and ethnicity, and sex. Read more and download the widget.
