Every September, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) sponsors Recovery Month to increase awareness and understanding of mental and substance use disorders and celebrate the people who recover. The annual theme is Join the Voices for Recovery: Strengthen Families and Communities. A 2017 Recovery Month Toolkit is available that includes logos, banners, flyers and posters to use in your promotional efforts. There are also Public Service Announcements (PSAs) and a place to share stories. For more information, please see: https://news.nnlm.gov/bhic/fm1n
