Community Health Resilience Tools

The Community Health Resilience Initiative is sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security, the Office of Health Affairs and supported by the Department of Health and Human Services. This public and private sector collaboration has a goal to develop a practical toolkit to strengthen community health resilience. Their website has a wide variety of resources to support community health resilience programs. Currently highlighted are their health resilience tools related to hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
