The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program is a collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. The county rankings measure a variety of health related factors on an annual basis. Examples of these factors include high school graduation rates, air quality and obesity. The Roadmaps provide guidance to help users understand the rankings and take action on the factors that affect the health of their communities.
The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps website is being updated and the new site will be available in December 2017. Join County Health Rankings & Roadmaps for a webinar on December 19, 2018 at 3:00pm EST to learn how to navigate the new site and easily locate data and tools. This webinar will also describe a new feature, the Partner Center, which will provide resources related to collaboration.
