Be an Organ Donor

Posted by on January 5th, 2018 Posted in: General, Multilingual, Websites

As of August 2017 over 116,000 men, women, and children are on the national transplant waiting list and the number continues to climb. According to Organdonor.gov, 95% of U.S. adults support organ donation but only 54% actually have signed up as donors. One donor has the ability to save up to 8 lives.

Have you ever considered organ donation? Would you like to learn more about it? If the answer is yes, you can learn more about organ donation at Organdonor.gov. Learn how organ donation works, what can be donated, and who can donate. Signing up as a donor only takes a few minutes but can gain many longer lives. Information is also in Spanish.
