Posted by on January 30th, 2018 Posted in: Health Information Literacy, Senior, Webinars

On March 13 at 8am ET, the Roundtable on Health Literacy of the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Math will meet to discuss health literacy needs of older adults. The workshop will focus on the changing needs of health literacy that arise from chronic disease and medication management, cognitive and functional declines, and other health communication challenges. The workshop will also highlight strategies to bridge health literacy gaps for older adults and their caregivers.

To register for the in-person or webcast experiences, visit Health Literacy and Older Adults: Reshaping the Landscape event page on the National Academies website.
