Review of Primary Care Recruitment and Retention Strategies

Academy Health is a nonprofit organization focused on health services research published a rapid evidence review titled, What are Effective Approaches for Recruiting and Retaining Rural Primary Care Health Professionals? This review summarizes peer-reviewed systematic reviews discussing recruitment and retention strategies for primary healthcare providers in rural areas that were published between 2004 and 2017.
