Creating Healthy Habits

the March 2108 issue of the NIH News In Health newsletter highlights the importance of having a plan when trying to make a healthy behavior change. When it comes to healthy habits, knowing what you need to do is often easier than taking action. However, learning how to support a behavior change can be important for it to stick. This article, Creating Healthy Habits Make Better Choices Easier, highlights some great tips to make a plan and stay on track.
