January kicks off the New Year, New Resolutions, and (sometimes) dreaded overcrowded gyms! One option to work around them – try the Move Your Way campaign! The Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion created an online planner to help you plan weekly aerobic and muscle strengthening activities that interest you! Whether you enjoy gardening, dancing, or even shoveling snow (perhaps not as enjoyable), add them to your plan and start moving and grooving toward a healthier you!
