The Mental Health in Rural Communities Toolkit was made possible through the combined efforts of the University of Minnesota Rural Health Research Center, in partnership with the NORC Walsh Center for Rural Health Analysis, and in collaboration with the Rural Health Information Hub. This toolkit compiles evidence-based and promising models and resources to support organizations implementing mental health programs in rural communities across the United States, with a primary focus on adult mental health. The toolkit consist of 7 modules addressing program development, implementation, evaluation and more. Additional resources are also available in the Rural Community Health Toolkit that was developed earlier.
