A to Z Interventions and Strategies for HIV

Posted by on June 4th, 2020 Posted in: Chronic Disease, HIV/AIDS

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provides an A to Z list of interventions and strategies for responding to HIV. Each intervention or strategy on the list links to additional information, and icons beside each intervention or strategy name indicate if the intervention is used to diagnose, treat prevent, and/ or respond to HIV.  For example, Sister to Sister, a risk-reduction behavioral intervention for sexually active African American women ages 18-45, links to information about the intervention program, and is labeled with the “prevent” icon.
