Greater Good in Action

Greater Good in Action provides science-based practices for a meaningful life. The site provides activities or practices for developing personal well-being. Activities are easy to browse by topic, such as “empathy,” “kindness,” and “resilience to stress.” Each activity provides the steps for “how to do it” and the research behind the activity or, “why to try it.” Activities include personal reflections, guided conversations, mindfulness meditations, and more, for children, teens, and adults.

Greater Good in Action is produced by the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.
