Rural Telehealth Toolkit

The Rural Telehealth Toolkit, available from the Rural Health Information Hub, provides information about creating and implementing telehealth programs in rural communities. The toolkit compiles evidence-based resources to provide guidance to organizations for creating telehealth programs, and addresses common challenges experienced in rural communities across the United States. The modules in the toolkit contain resources and information focused on developing, implementing, evaluating, and sustaining telehealth programs for rural community health programs.
