Practicing Mindful Awareness

The Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) at UCLA is a partner of the Norman Cousins Center for Psychoneuroimmunology within the Jane and Terry Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. The mission of the Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) is to disseminate mindful awareness across the lifespan through education and research. During the COVID-19 pandemic, MARC offers many of its programs and events online. Examples include the Post-Election 30 minute Mindfulness Drop-In and the UCLA Mindful app, available for iOS and Android.
