A Virtual Workshop in Celebration of National Black HIV/AIDS Day


The University of Cincinnati’s Libraries present  Going Black in Time: A Story of HIV, a virtual workshop that will be held on February 10th, at 1 pm.  Going Black in Time: A Story of HIV will present the timeline of the HIV epidemic and its impact on African Americans.   The workshop will discuss heroes, advocates, and how prevention methods can alter the future of African Americans for the better.   Morris Singletary, an HIV activist and peer educator will facilitate the workshop.

The workshop is being held in celebration of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.
