U.S. National Library of Medicine sent this bulletin at 11/30/2020 04:56 PM EST
Dear NLM EFTS Users,
We hope this message finds you well. As you may know, MLA released the new version of EFTS this past summer. DOCLINE transactions are automatically being sent to the new EFTS and the system is now available for billing these transactions.
For those who are members of EFTS, NLM will process billing for ILL transactions placed between July 1, 2020 and October 31, 2020, starting as early as tomorrow, December 1st.
Once those transactions are processed, billing will begin on a monthly basis, occurring on or about the 15th of the month for the prior month. For example, we will process November 2020 transactions on or shortly after December 15th. The price remains $12 per transaction for all non-Federal libraries.
Non-EFTS members will continue to be billed via GMG Management on a quarterly basis. https://support.nlm.nih.gov/knowledgebase/article/KA-03705/en-us

As always, if you have questions about specific NLM ILL transactions, please write to us via our contact form: https://support.nlm.nih.gov/support/create-case/
