Eight evidence-based profiles of NNLM Member Organizations are ready for use. Developed as a collaborative project led by NEC\u2019s Sara Gonzales, each profile synthesizes an organization type\u2019s characteristics, attributes, preferences, and reasons for membership in the NNLM. Each NNLM Persona is represented by a specific background color, identifying information is expressed in simple language, and a \u201cperformance gauge\u201d illustration is used to show their feedback about specific aspects of membership (satisfaction, capacity to take on special projects, etc.) on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is the most negative value and 10 the most positive.
