This questionnaire (an &#8220;establishment survey &#8220;) collects data from member organizations, rather <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">than individuals.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page1R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The 2024 NNLM Active Member Survey is the second effort of its kind. In 2022,\u00a0 a sample of NNLM member <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">organizations were surveyed; this time around the effort will be much larger and focused on those member organizations actively <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">engaged from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024.\u00a0 <strong>As PHDL participants last year, your organization is considered actively engaged.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"pdfViewer\" lang=\"EN-US\">\n<div class=\"page\" role=\"region\" data-page-number=\"2\" aria-label=\"Page 2\" data-loaded=\"true\">\n<div class=\"textLayer\"><strong><span id=\"page1R_mcid17\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Who takes the survey?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span id=\"page1R_mcid19\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The survey invitation is sent to your <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">organization\u2019s primary contact. That person will serve <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as your organization\u2019s representative and will submit a <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">single completed survey back to us. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00a0The survey is online, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and respondents can choose to take the survey in <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">English or en Espa\u00f1ol.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"textLayer\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid27\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">What questions will be asked?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid29\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">There are five (5) thematic sections<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"textLayer\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid29\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Benefits and Value <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to Member Organizations, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"textLayer\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid29\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Communications, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"textLayer\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid29\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Training and <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Education, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"textLayer\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid29\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Funding and Organizational Profile<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span id=\"page1R_mcid29\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The survey will have 22 questions. No personal information will be <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">requested. It takes less than ten (10) minutes to complete <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the questionnaire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page1R_mcid32\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid34\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid37\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid39\" class=\"markedContent\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">What is in it for my organization?<\/span><\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">NNLM membership is free and so are the trainings <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">we offer. Your organization\u2019s responses will inform <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">strategic decision-making for NNLM and NLM\u2019s <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">leadership. The 2024 NNLM Active Member <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Survey provides you the opportunity to help <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">improve the Network\u2019s current trainings and other <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">programming and engagement activities. It is your <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">organization\u2019s chance to contribute to planning for <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the future.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"textLayer\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid39\" class=\"markedContent\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">When can I respond to the 2024 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">NNLM Active Member Survey?<\/span><\/strong><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">If your member organization had active <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">engagement with the NNLM from May 1, 2023<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">April 30, 2024, the person who has been <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">designated your organization&#8217;s primary contact <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">will be receiving an online invitation to <strong>take thw<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>survey by mid-October 2024<\/strong>.
