NNLM PSR librarians Nora Franco and Kelli Ham attended and exhibited at the annual University of Arizona College of Medicine Connect2STEM event, reaching over 250 visitors at the largest STEM-related event held in downtown Phoenix. They focused on providing outreach for consumer health information, citizen science, and the All of Us Research Program.

Through outreach funding awarded by the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, Pacific Southwest Region, all libraries are invited to participate in a project being conducted by SciStarter and Arizona State University to celebrate Citizen Science Day on April 13, 2019, by hosting the “Megathon Challenge” to benefit Alzheimer’s disease research.
