NN/LM PSR Membership Changes

As 2016 draws to a close, we would like to provide you with a year-end update of membership changes in the Pacific Southwest Region. Since our last membership update in June 2016, we have welcomed 8 new members to the network. Several membership changes are also noted in this article.
