Whether you\u2019re exploring the impact of AI, sharing innovative approaches to instruction, revolutionizing cataloging metadata practices, or helping colleagues develop leadership skills, we\u2019d love to hear your ideas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Courses should align with <a title=\"https:\/\/www.mlanet.org\/professional-development\/mla-competencies\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mlanet.org\/professional-development\/mla-competencies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-outlook-id=\"6d038f55-8a06-4a15-99f6-a271b9c24a52\" data-ogsc=\"\">MLA\u2019s Core Competencies<\/a>.
