April 2025 Reading Club: Menstruation flyer

On behalf of the NNLM Reading Club team, we are pleased to announce the April 2025 theme: Menstruation. In recognition of Women’s National Health Week in May, we are delighted to be featuring three new books related to Menstruation.

National Women’s Health Week is an annual observance that begins on Mother’s Day and encourages women and girls to prioritize their health. This year, National Women’s Health Week is May 11-17, 2025. Each year, the Office of Women’s Health (OWH) chooses a theme to inspire women to learn more about their health and take action to live their healthiest lives.

We would like to thank our NNLM Reading Club Advisory Group, which is made up of NNLM Members who worked together to choose this topic, select the three books we are featuring this month, and develop book discussion guides. Books and health information resources are available on our Menstruation Reading Club page.
