The NNLM National Center for Data Services will be holding a Community Discussion about the NIH Data Management and Sharing Plan Requirements.

October 17 from 2-3pm EDT – As opposed to a traditional webinar format, the Community Discussion will consist of discussion prompts provided by community members and an interactive discussion session.

We are currently seeking discussion prompts from this community. Example prompts include:

• “I am currently struggling with how to … at my institution. How are you handling this issue at your institution?”
• “Researchers at my institution are confused about… How are other librarians dealing with this question from their researchers?”
• “The policy group or legal team at my institution is struggling with… How are you discussing these issues with those stakeholders?

If your submission is selected, you will receive a $50 gift card and you will be asked to do a brief (3–5 minute) presentation to explain your prompt during this event.
