February National Health Observances: Heart Health, Low Vision, and Teen Dating Violence

Each month, the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion features select National Health Observances (NHOs) that aim to improve health across the nation.  Libraries can help spread the word by promoting one or all of theses NHOs.  To help you get the word out to your community, links to resources are provided. Click on the NHO topic to learn more about the topic and access promotional materials.  Here is a list of the February NHOs:

• American Heart Month
• Low Vision Awareness Month
• Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month
