We’re excited to announce a free six-week asynchronous course designed for health science librarians interested in exploring the potential of generative artificial intelligence in their professional practice! The course runs from February 7 to March 21, 2025. Registrants should expect to spend 3 to 4 hours per week to participate fully in the course.
As the healthcare landscape rapidly evolves, so does the role of librarians. With the rise of generative AI technologies, including language models, healthcare professionals are relying more than ever on advanced AI solutions to process and interpret vast amounts of data. This course will equip librarians with the knowledge to effectively navigate this dynamic field and make informed decisions about incorporating AI into their work. No technical understanding of generative AI is needed.
Registration is required. Please note: Course registration is limited to individuals in Region 4 states (AZ, CO, NM, MT, WY, UT, ND, SD, and ID).
