Interlibrary loan (ILL) has long been a cornerstone of health sciences libraries, ensuring timely access to information that supports research, education, and patient care. As policies, platforms, and workflows continue to evolve, ILL professionals are navigating a service environment
that is more complex and fast-changing than ever. Next month’s webinar, Interlibrary Loan: From Basics to Current Issues, offers a focused look at where interlibrary loan stands today and how libraries can prepare for what’s ahead.
The webinar will be led by Jennifer K. Lloyd, MLIS, AHIP, Associate Director of the LSU Health Sciences Center Libraries in New Orleans. With nearly 30 years of professional experience, much of it dedicated to interlibrary loan, Lloyd brings deep practical knowledge to the discussion. She is a Distinguished Member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals and an active member of the South Central Chapter of the Medical Library Association.
