Registration Open for Telehealth 101: What Libraries Need to Know

Posted in: #CC/Academic List, Public Libraries, Webinars and Training

Registration is open for NNLM’s asynchronous Moodle course, Telehealth 101: What Libraries Need to Know

Scheduled from September 9 – October 7, 2024, this course introduces telehealth, why it’s important, and how it enables people to have greater access to quality healthcare. It also provides an overview of various approaches to implementing telehealth services in libraries across the country. Learners can complete 3 modules (1 hour each) at their own pace during the course period, and earn 3 MLA continuing education credits for CHIS Level 2.

On the fence? Consider this positive feedback from a recent learner: “The most useful aspect of this training was learning about the different approaches/models to providing telehealth access within libraries. This information detailed how telehealth programs are already provided to patrons across the country. This enables interested libraries to determine the pros and cons when implementing it in their respective library.”

Be sure to register now and spread the word with your colleagues!
