Gross is Associate Professor of Library Science and Technology at Sam Houston State University. She has written many journal articles on the needs of students in higher education as well as book chapters regarding distance education, AI for preservice teachers, and how to better help principals better understand how to utilize the skills of the school librarian.<\/p>\n<p>Henry Stokes is the Broadband Technology Coordinator at the Texas State Library and Archives Commission where he\u2019s worked since August 2008. He provides training and consulting for library staff across the state with a focus on broadband and emerging technologies.
