The <a href=\"https:\/\/cde.nlm.nih.gov\/home\"><u>National Institutes of Health (NIH) Common Data Element Repository (CDE-R)<\/u><\/a> provides access to CDEs that have been recommended or required by NIH Institutes and Centers for use in research and for other purposes.\u00a0Through live demonstrations and hands-on exercises, this course will introduce you to CDEs and the NIH CDE-R.\u00a0The course begins with an in-depth introduction to CDEs and examples of how researchers are already using them. Then, you&#8217;ll see how to search the repository and practice searching on your own.
