What does “response rate” mean, and why is it important?  What is an “adequate” response rate?  In this session, we will discuss these questions.  Experts tell us that it’s important to treat questionnaires as social interactions—evidence shows that the Golden Rule even applies to successful survey research!  We’ll go over practical steps you can
take to increase the number of people who complete and return the questionnaires that you send to them.  We’ll also talk about some strategies for addressing low response rates.
