Dear DOCLINE Users –
Beginning January 7, 2016, DOCLINE account passwords will need to meet new complexity requirements. On January 6, we will email all DOCLINE libraries instructions on how to change passwords to meet the new requirements. Please change your password on January 7 or shortly thereafter. *** If you do not change your password by February 1, 2016, it will be automatically changed for you.
Please note that we have to change the system to accept the new password requirements and we won’t be making the necessary system changes until January 7. Therefore, passwords changed prior to January 7 will not meet the new requirements and you’ll have to change your password again.
As part of this security update, User IDs not used to log in during 2015 will be deleted on February 1, 2016, and Libraries without User IDs active in 2015 will be set to non-participant status.
Please use the DOCLINE Contact forms to reach out to the DOCLINE Coordinator at your Regional Medical Library (RML) or DOCLINE Customer Support if you have questions about your user account, your library’s status or Institution Record.
