There is Still Time to Apply for 2016 Funding Opportunities from the PNR

Posted by on November 10th, 2016 Posted in: News From NNLM PNR

If you have an idea about improving health equity in your community or enhancing information services in your organization, the NN/LM PNR wants to help! We now have four funding opportunities, including a NEW Community Health Outreach award, the Health Sciences Library Partnership award and the Technology Improvement award.  Applications for these types of projects will be funded on a first come, first serve basis, until December 9, 2016. However, please let us know you intend to apply at least 2 weeks before you submit, so we can get reviewers lined up to screen your application. Please submit your statement of intent to apply to nnlm@uw.edu.

For Professional Development awards, applications will be accepted anytime but an invoice for reimbursement costs related to the event must be submitted by April 1, 2017.

Also, if you have other ideas and you are not sure there is a ‘fit’ with these currently available awards, please drop us a line (nnlm@uw.edu) and briefly describe your idea. We want to hear from you, so don’t hold back!
