{"id":11475,"date":"2015-03-11T14:42:28","date_gmt":"2015-03-11T21:42:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nnlm.gov\/pnr\/dragonfly\/?p=11475"},"modified":"2026-02-03T17:04:28","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T17:04:28","slug":"upcoming-pnr-rendezvous-march-18-on-translational-research","status":"archive","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.nnlm.gov\/region_5\/upcoming-pnr-rendezvous-march-18-on-translational-research\/","title":{"rendered":"Upcoming PNR Rendezvous March 18 on Translational Research"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u201cTranslational Research in the Pacific Northwest\u201d<\/strong> will be presented by Diana Louden, who is the Biomedical and Translational Health Sciences Librarian at the University of Washington Health Sciences Library.<\/p>\n<p>March 18, 2015 at 1 PM Pacific (noon Alaska 2 PM Mountain)<\/p>\n<p>Diana Louden will provide an overview of translational research \u2013 particularly as it relates to research conducted in the WWAMI (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho) region.\u00a0 Diana will describe the work of the Institute of Translational Health Sciences and her role as a translational sciences librarian.\u00a0 She\u2019ll also give examples of resources, training, and research support provided by ITHS that are available to people throughout the WWAMI region.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>To attend go to http:\/\/webmeeting.nih.gov\/rendezvous and login as a Guest, using your own name.\u00a0 Once logged into the web meeting, a pop-up box allows you to put in your phone number and the program will call you.
