I have a lot of love for librarians.\u201d Her love of school libraries and librarians is a reminder how much they influence our lives both in student learning as well as in their support of teachers and school administration.<\/p>\n<p>Curriculum support is one of the many roles of\u00a0school librarians. The National Library of Medicine offers a wealth of <a href=\"http:\/\/sis.nlm.nih.gov\/outreach\/k12.html\">K-12 science and health resources<\/a> <!--more-->to support teacher curriculum as well as providing information support for students and parents\u2019 homework needs. These resources provide valuable information for newsletters, websites, social media, for policies and procedures regarding the health and well-being of students, parents, school staff and the wider community. April 4<sup>th<\/sup> is National School Librarian Day.
