To celebrate, we have a contest for YOU.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who Can Participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All NNLM PNR members \u2013 if you\u2019re not a member and wish to join, you can do so <a href=\"https:\/\/nnlm.gov\/members\/join-network\">here<\/a>. (Membership is free!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Do I Have to Do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the month of October, we want you to share with us health memes, created by YOU! Here\u2019s how you can create one:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select one of the images below or use a free stock image from <a href=\"https:\/\/pixabay.com\/\">Pixabay<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/unsplash.com\/\">Unsplash<\/a>, or other source.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>No copyrighted images will be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Twitter images should be a width\/height: minimum 600 x 335 pixels to maximum 1200 x 675. The aspect ratio should be 16:9 with a maximum image size of 15mb for Twitter.<\/li>\n<li>Facebook images should be at a maximum 1200 x 630 pixels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Create your health meme. You can use a free service such as <a href=\"https:\/\/imgflip.com\/memegenerator\">imgflip<\/a> to create your meme.<\/p>\n<p>Names of players will be entered into a drawing for a prize listed below.\u00a0 Each individual can submit THREE different health-themed memes to get three chances at winning! E-mail your Health Meme to <a href=\"mailto:mer3@uw.edu\">Maddie Romansic<\/a> directly who will share it on our Social Media account and credit you with your submission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Do I Get?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are one of the players in the <strong>NNLM Pacific Northwest Region (AK, ID, MT, OR, and WA),<\/strong> whose name is picked in the drawing, you can select one of the following continuing education and professional development opportunities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deettajones.com\/inclusive_managers_toolkit\">The Inclusive Manager\u2019s Toolkit<\/a>, a 10-week online course for anyone in a formal or informal leadership or managerial role who wants to have inclusive and practical tools for maximizing workforce performance.<\/li>\n<li>Select a conference registration or continuing education opportunity (virtual or in-person) of your choice, up to $1,750 for one person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you select a continuing education option, registration must be completed by <u>March 31, 2021<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When Will Winners Be Announced?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will have a drawing in the first week of November.
