Colin Campbell, whose previous books include best-seller <em>The China Study,<\/em> covers the nutrition industry and its impact on both our health and the practice of science with <em>The Future of Nutrition<\/em>. In <em>How to Eat: All Your Food and Diet Questions Answered<\/em>, Mark Bittman and David Katz, M.D., use a Q&amp;A format to dispense advice on topics such as dietary patterns and lifestyle; specific diets like the Mediterranean diet, intermittent fasting and the keto diet; and various foods such as grains, meat, dairy and alcohol.
