Calling all Maya Angelous, Pablo Nerudas, and Claude McKays<\/span><\/span>! In honor of National Medical Librarians Month and National Health Literacy Month NNLM is hosting a book spine poetry contest. All participants will be entered into a lottery to receive a free copy of books selected from the NNLM Reading Club<\/a> – a total of 10 books to add to your collection and share with your users!<\/p>\n

The Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Grab some books (at least 3)<\/li>\n
  2. Stack them up!<\/li>\n
  3. Arrange the titles to create a health related poem<\/li>\n
  4. Take a photo and share it with us!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How to Enter<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Submissions will be accepted throughout October. Send us your entry on Twitter by tagging your NNLM Regional Medical Library: @nnlmregion1<\/span><\/u><\/a>, <\/span>@nnlmregion2<\/span><\/u><\/a>, <\/span>@nnlmregion3<\/span><\/u><\/a>, <\/span>@nnlmregion4<\/span><\/u><\/a>, <\/span>@nnlmregion5<\/span><\/u><\/a>, <\/span>@nnlmregion6<\/span><\/u><\/a>, or <\/span>@nnlmregion7<\/span><\/u><\/a> and #BookSpinePoetry<\/strong><\/a> or e-mail NNLM Region 5<\/span><\/u><\/a>.<\/span> Individuals can submit up to three (3) <\/strong>times.<\/p>\n

    10 winners will be drawn throughout National Medical Librarians Month and Health Literacy Month. Winners will receive one copy each from the following topics:<\/p>\n
