Last year, MedlinePlus<\/a>, the National Library of Medicine resource for the public, added a new feature called \u201cTest Your Knowledge\u201d.<\/p>\n

These knowledge quizzes are provided by A.D.A.M. Medical Encyclopedia who also provides the medical encyclopedia on MedlinePlus. Where can you find them?<\/p>\n

When viewing one of the Health Topic pages you will see what looks similar to a table-of-contents at the top of the page. See below for an example where the box is outlining where \u201cTest Your Knowledge\u201d is located on the webpage about Anxiety<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Clicking on \u201cTest Your Knowledge\u201d then takes you down the webpage to that specific section where you will see links to 2 tests.<\/p>\n

Here the \u201cHow Well Are You Managing Stress?\u201d is selected and you can see the beginning of the test in this next screen shot.<\/p>\n

\"MedlinePlus<\/p>\n

The quizzes are either multiple choice or true or false questions and are available on several health topic pages. They are a fun and educational way to help you be more engaged with your health and provide some information that can be discussed with a doctor.<\/p>\n

More health information in MedlinePlus is linked to the quiz pages to provide additional information about the health topic linked to these quizzes.<\/p>\n
