Access to the PHDL is available for public health departments who subscribe. While access to the collection is managed by the PHDL member\/ subscriber, the NNLM\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nnlm.gov\/about\/offices\/nphco\">Public Health Coordination Office<\/a> manages the PHDL collection and provides training for participating members.
