She has served as host of the PNR monthly webinar series,<em> RML Rendezvous<\/em>, identifying best practices to improve its programming and delivery. Also, Nikki created the Moodle-based \u201c<em>Making Connections: Electronic Health Records and Librarians<\/em>\u201d online class, which was the first of its kind.<\/p>\n<p>To pursue her studies, Nikki has resigned from her full time position effective October 15th, but intends to work part-time to help support the PNR during a transition period.<\/p>\n<p>Please join me in congratulating Nikki as she embarks on making a career change to online instructional design and teaching!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nikki Dettmar, Education and Assessment Coordinator for the NN\/LM PNR, is going back to school for a second masters degree in Learning Technologies.
