Participation in these webinars at sponsored sites is free!<\/p>\n<p>The Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) Region 6\u00a0will sponsor up to ten (10) institutional registrations for MLA webinars each quarter. Applications will be accepted beginning May 1, 2021\u00a0and on an ongoing basis until funding for the quarter has been expended. Institutions can apply for one (1) webinar per quarter<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>While each sponsored site will be able to offer the live webinar and the recorded webinar to an unlimited number of participants for up to 180 days, the Region 6\u00a0site license will only provide CE codes for up to 25 individuals.<\/p>\n<h2>Webinars available for sponsorship (Fourth Quarter: February \u2013 April):<\/h2>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Clean &amp; Tidy Data: Making Data Usable (February 22nd, 1:00pm\u20132:30pm)<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Talking Tools: An Introduction to Systematic Review Tools (Two Part Series \u2013 March 10<sup>th<\/sup> and April 28<sup>th<\/sup>)<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Grow Your Library\u2019s Data Services: A Novice\u2019s Guide to Data Competitions (March 31<sup>st<\/sup>, 1:00pm\u20132:30pm)<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Librarians and Systematic Review Teams: Negotiating Roles and Recognition (April 13<sup>th<\/sup>, 1:00pm\u20132:30pm)<\/p>\n<div class=\"field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<h2>Submission Request<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Download and\/or print a copy of the MLA Webinar application\u00a0form\u00a0below.<\/li>\n<li>Complete and\u00a0sign the bottom of the form.<\/li>\n<li>Do not include purchase order or credit card information; no payment is required.<\/li>\n<li>Do not send the form to MLA.<\/li>\n<li>E-mail the completed form to:\u00a0<a class=\"mailto\" href=\"mailto:region6-rml@uiowa.edu\">region6-rml@uiowa.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Selection Process<\/h2>\n<p>Site selection is based on geographical location, accessibility, and potential number of attendees. Please note that Region 6\u00a0covers the cost\u00a0for\u00a0Site Registration\u00a0<em>only<\/em>, not Individual Registration. Site coordinators will receive one (1) activity point applicable to their Academy of Health Information Professionals (AHIP) MLA membership.\u00a0Additional point(s) are\u00a0available for leading wrap-around sessions.<\/p>\n<h2>Award Notification<\/h2>\n<p>Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all funds have been spent<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>Awardees will be notified once approved, based on funding criteria.
