According to the CDC:<\/p>\n<p><em>Heart-health disparities specific to women widen and deepen when combined with race, ethnicity, and other social factors.<sup>1<\/sup>\u00a0We encourage individuals, health care and public health professionals, and our partners to help close the disparities gap.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>To help combat these disparities, the CDC is sharing Tools and Resources tailored to different groups.
