The award-winning film, The Addict\u2019s Wake<\/em>, documents one small, tight-knit community picturesque on the outside but hurting on the inside. The film delivers piercing insight and critical perspectives to an issue that impacts communities everywhere across our nation — not just Brown County, Indiana. More importantly the film also offers hope and a way forward.<\/strong><\/p>\n How can you spread hope and healing?<\/p>\n The Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) Region 6 has partnered with Glory Girl Productions to provide licensing access to the feature-length\u00a0 film or the 45-minute educational version<\/a> of The Addict\u2019s Wake<\/em> including an accompanying discussion guide. This is a competitive award valued up to $1,000. Up to four communities will be selected from our region\u2019s seven states.<\/p>\n To apply, complete and submit this online form no later than October 31, 2024.
