Funding is Coming – Start Thinking of Projects

hand holding coinsNNLM Region 7 (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont) is excited to share that the Request for Proposals (RFPs) for funding in the upcoming year (2021-2022) will be formally posted in early May. Proposals will be due in mid-June.  Awarded projects will start July 1, 2021 and run through April 30, 2022. Award categories include Health Outreach: $20,000, Technology Improvement: $10,000, Data Science: $15,000, Professional Development: $5,000.

NNLM Region 7 is particularly interested in projects relating to rural health, substance use disorder, graphic medicine, and health outreach to speakers of other languages/English as a second language programs and audiences.

As the NNLM transitions into the new cycle, the formal RFPs will be posted on the new website in early May along with the specific RFPs associated with each award type.
