They provide a starting point for change in communities.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.astho.org\/Programs\/Access\/Community-Health-Needs-Assessments\/\">Community Health Needs Assessments<\/a> (CHNA): CHNA is required for all tax-exempt hospitals and must take input from \u201cpersons who represent the broad interests of the community served by the hospital facility, including those with special knowledge of or expertise in public health.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>You can find local health data and health improvement plans by searching your location + community health data.
