In honor of National Medical Librarians Month and National Health Literacy Month, NNLM is hosting a book spine poetry contest. All participants will be entered into a lottery to receive a free copy of books selected from the <a class=\"css-tgpl01\" title=\"https:\/\/nnlm.gov\/nnlm-reading-club\" href=\"https:\/\/nnlm.gov\/nnlm-reading-club\" data-renderer-mark=\"true\">NNLM Reading Club<\/a> \u2013 a total of 10 books to add to your collection and share with your users!<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"370\">I tried my hand at this with the stack of books from my own bookshelves:<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"370\"><em>Promoting individual and community health at the library, a mind at a time. <\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"370\"><em>The brain that changes itself, your medical mind, a whole new mind. <\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"370\"><em>This is what a librarian looks like.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"370\">Give it a try!<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"749\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">The Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"762\">Grab some books (at least 3).<\/li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"794\">Stack them up!<\/li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"812\">Arrange the titles to create a health related poem.<\/li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"866\">Take a photo and share it with us!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"904\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">How to Enter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"918\">Submissions will be accepted throughout October.
