A lot of the students we talked to use PubMed regularly for their studies.<\/p>\n<p>Getting the chance to network with partners in the exhibit hall allowed us to bring it all together and help folks\u00a0understand how NLM produces and maintains free products and how NNLM is the regionally responsive outreach arm. And did the rounds of other exhibitors to talk to eleven public health programs representing five of our seven states.<\/p>\n<h2>What\u2019s new for public health partners?<\/h2>\n<p>You can always find <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nnlm.gov\/training\/schedule?combine=&amp;ce_categories_121%5B%5D=1&amp;class_format_133=All\">upcoming CHES eligible classes<\/a> on NNLM\u2019s site. Classes and CEs are always free.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12\/8 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nnlm.gov\/training\/class\/problem-prevention-evidence-based-public-health-3\">From Problem to Prevention: Evidence Based Public Health<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/26 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nnlm.gov\/training\/class\/effective-health-communication-and-health-literacy-understanding-connection-january\">Effective Health Communication and Health Literacy: Understanding the Connection<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Region 7\u2019s funding RFP\u2019s are now open until 12\/15. NNLM membership is required to apply for funding, but membership is free.
