How are proposals reviewed and what criteria is used?<\/p>\n<p>In Region 7, proposals are reviewed by NNLM staff and external reviewers. External reviewers are NNLM members who represent the Region from libraries (academic, academic medical, public, community college, and hospital), community-based organizations, and academics. Reviewers are trained on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nnlm.gov\/guides\/nnlm-proposal-writing-toolkit\">standardized scorecard<\/a> used to evaluate proposals.
