We are meeting at 10:00AM on Friday, August 8, 2025. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nnlm.gov\/training\/class\/region-7-hospital-libraries-advisory-group-annual-meeting-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Register here.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The meeting is designed for hospital librarians who work in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont. We will recap our activities over the last year and we will announce our training ideas for the upcoming months. We are curious to hear how AI impacts the work of hospital librarians.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 minute presentation<\/li>\n<li>20 minute group discussion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The presentation will be recorded and sent to all registrants. The group discussion will not be recorded.<\/p>\n<h3>MLA Debrief for Hospital Librarians<\/h3>\n<p>On June 6, Region 7 invited hospital librarians to debrief the Medical Library Annual Meeting. We had 141 registrants and 74 attendees at the debrief. Attendees appreciated hearing about conference sessions that apply specifically to hospital librarians.
